Valid Driver’s License

  • Every student is required to present a valid driver's license—which can be a BC Learner's License, a standard BC Driver's License, or a foreign Driver's License—before their initial lesson. Additionally, students are required to have their license with them throughout all driver training sessions.

Cancellation/ Rescheduling/ Refunding

  • If you wish to cancel/reschedule a driving lesson, we require 48 hours' notice. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $40.00 will be charged

  • Should a student give less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice for cancellation/rescheduling, that lesson for the student will be void. 

  • Cancellation must be done via email/ phone call/ texts. 

  • If the student does a no-show, the lesson will be void.

  • Instructors have the right to leave if the student does not show up after the first 20 mins of their scheduled lesson. The lesson will be void as well.

  • There will be no refund for driving lessons/ road test sessions that have already taken place.

Cancellation/ Refunding Bundles

  • Should a student decide to cancel their Bundle any time after their first lesson, we will deduct the amount of lessons claimed from the bundle, as well as any lessons within 48 hrs of cancellation, plus a $50 processing fee, and the remainder will be reimbursed to the payee.

  • There will be no refund for driving lessons or road test sessions that have taken place.

Payment and Scheduling

  • We accept payments through cash/ E-transfer.

  • Booked lessons must be paid in advance to reserve the time slot(s). Students will have 72 hours to send the payment. 

  • We do not completely reserve booked lessons for students without payment.

  • Our scheduling is only via online form/ phone calls/ email/ texts.

Passengers

  • There will be a maximum of 3 people in the instructor’s vehicle, including the student and the instructor.

Road Tests

  • We reserve the right to refuse to rent our vehicle to students who are not ready for the road test.

  • We do not make road test reservations on behalf of the students. Students must inform the instructor of their road test location, date, and time to rent a car for the road test.

Bundle Expiration

  • All bundles and individual lessons will expire after 365 days starting from the purchase date. If any lessons remain once the Bundle has expired, they will be considered to be void.

Harassment & Intoxication

  • All instructors will follow the standards in the ICBC Code of Conduct 

  • Our school will not tolerate any sort of aggressive behavior or any threats made towards any of our instructors.

  • Students under the influence of alcohol, recreational substances, or medication that induces drowsiness or sleepiness are not safe to be on the road and, therefore, will not be given a lesson; as such, their lesson will be void.

Vehicle Damage

  • Students who damage our company vehicles are responsible for half of the repair cost. Damage includes, but is not limited to, tire damage, rim damage, bumper damage, door damage, paint scratches, etc.
